AGN is a grain value chain network that supports stable production and expanded market opportunities for farmers across Africa. It improves market access by strengthening agricultural cooperatives, developing storage and distribution infrastructure, and establishing cross-border trade networks. Through data-driven climate and price forecasting, AGN helps farmers increase their profitability and strengthen their competitiveness in the market.

This circular resource project uses black soldier flies to convert household waste into valuable resources. By transforming organic waste into protein-based animal feed and organic fertilizer, it generates both environmental and economic value. Through a circular economy model jointly led by social enterprises and local communities, the project promotes sustainable local development.

By developing coffee and macadamia value chains, it has established stable sources of income for local farmers.
